It's balanced this way, if you know how to play your HK, you won't even need the bow, sure it's useful, but as HK it's also possible to win without it.

Bow is removed from titan and tanks due to abuse in pvp. Every class must use their weapon which learned in mastery..

slow/hold... and bow hits from other classes who also doesn't have bow mastery but it's ok right?? well no! It should be even for all classes.. bow or no bow..
